PETS: We love hosting WELL BEHAVED pets! In order to keep our home clean and meticulously cared for, we charge a pet fee. The pet fee is $15/night for 1 dog and $10/night for each additional dog. Payment is requested right after booking through a separate message. The backyard is fenced in but small dogs may be able to squeeze under the fence. We provide food dishes, treats, poop bags, and doggie beds. We also have 2 crates available if you must leave your doggies for a bit. Please use these to avoid damages to the house! FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. However, we also use plug-in air fresheners and provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents. If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning! SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note, we do have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and because care for our property deeply.

Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the hot tub and backyard. We provide a self-check-in process for your convenience. STAIRS: There are 4 stairs leading to the entrance as well as the exit of the home. Guests must climb stairs to get to 2 of the bedrooms. PARKING: There is plenty of parking in the driveway, but there is a steep drop off so use extreme caution! There is also parking in front of the house. Do not block the neighbors driveways or sidewalk please! TRAILERS: If you are hauling a trailer and toys, please message me for details on parking.
