Please crate your pet if you are leaving them alone in the property to avoid damages. FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. However, we also use plug-in air fresheners and provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents. If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning! SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note, we do have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and because care for our property deeply.

STAIRS: There are 3 stairs leading to the front door. This is a 3 level property. Must use stairs to access all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. PARKING: The attached garage has 2 parking spaces and a clearance of 7.5 feet in height. There is a shared street leading to the property so NO STREET PARKING . The HOA tickets ($60) and the neighbors love to tattle. There is additional parking if your vehicle is too large to fit in the garage or if you need more than 2 parking spots. The HOA charges a $30 (total for length of stay) fee for overnight parking. We offer early check-in and late check-out for $25/hr. Please schedule this in advance.
