PETS: We love hosting WELL BEHAVED pets! In order to keep our home clean and meticulously cared for, we charge a pet fee of $15 per pet per night. The backyard is fenced in but small dogs may be able to squeeze under the fence. We provide food dishes, treats, poop bags, and doggie beds. Please crate your pet if you must leave them alone to avoid damages to the house! FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. However, we also use plug-in air fresheners and provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents. If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning! SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note, we do have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and because care for our property deeply.

This is an HOA community so it is safe, well maintained, and watched over. The central location makes it easy to hop on the freeway, go shopping, head to the mountains, or visit any of the local attractions. There is a community playground, walking path, and swimming pool (May-September).
Guest Access
STAIRS: There are 2 stairs leading to the front door. This is a 3 level property. Must use stairs to access 3 of the bedrooms as well. PARKING: The attached garage has 2 parking spaces (for small to medium vehicles) and a clearance of 7.5 feet in height. There is a shared driveway leading to the property so NO PARKING in the driveway. The HOA tickets ($60) and the neighbors love to tattle. There is additional overnight parking if your vehicle is too large to fit in the garage or if you need more than 2 parking spots. The HOA charges a $30 (total for length of stay) fee for overnight parking. * 0.5 miles (3 minutes) to nearest EV Charging Station * 4 miles (9 minutes) Loveland Living Planet Aquarium * 23 miles (23 minutes) Salt Lake City International Airport * 17 miles (21 minutes) Downtown Salt Lake City * 17-25 miles (30-40 minutes) to most Ski Resorts SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool is public and seasonal. It is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There is a recreation center just a couple of blocks away that offers swimming year round. We offer early check-in and late check-out for $25/hr.
